Looking to trade my 2002 e39 BMW 540i for a B5 or B7 A4
A4 must be 1.8T and manual trans
Looking for trade to make the hastle of selling and finding something else easier hopefully.
Reason for wanting an A4 for is I miss driving a manual trans so much, and I'm looking for something with a turbo.

Now down to trade details
I'm located in Columbia Missouri and traveling for me to trade would be very difficult for me with it being a full time college student. But something could possibly be set up if needed.

Auto trans
Cold A/C
Hot heat (and seat warmers)
Electric Sliding moon roof
Navigation
20% window tint all around
Black exterior and black interior leather
ext is 8/10. Has it's flaws for being a 12 year old car but in pretty good shape overall
Interior is 9/10
Basically has all the bells and whistles for being a BMW

Cons:
Driver's window regulator just went out recently. about $120 part I believe
Front brakes squeal at low speed/coming to a stop. I do not know why, but the brakes work fine so to save money I haven't looked into it
Front passenger strut is squeaky. Again, do not know why, but no problems have occurred from it and having it looked at is hard on a college student's budget
What I believe is a small vaccuum leak. When the car starts up and is running at idle for the first few minutes it can run somewhat rough. Although after it warms up it goes away
