Possibly your idle control valve?

after u reconnected the neg did u let the car sit in ACC with the engine off for atleast 5 min so the throttle body can recalibrate?

+1 for the vacuum leak. I forgot to attach the intake hose once and faced similar symptoms. Then later, a hose popped off b/c the pressure must have been too high and same thing. Recheck all of your hoses and listen for air pressure in your engine bay if your car can idle w/o dying.

wait. your cel came on to tell you that your O2 sensor was ok? it wouldnt do that. there has to be a code stored in there. for future reference, you dont reset the cel by disconnecting the power. you clear the codes with a code scanner and restart the car.

even if you disconnect the hose going to the throttle body, the car would run. it would run like complete crap, but it would run. if a TB recalibration doesnt work- im thinking either you messed up the immobilizer by cutting the power somehow, or your idle controler isnt working.

yeah i im thinking its more then a recalibration too. cause i was just messing around with it and i would start it up (after a recalibration) and i would have to rev it a little to keep it running and id have to let the revs down slowly and then the car will idle fine. i had it idling for 5 mins or so then id get back in and rev it up a little again and let off completely on the gas and the revs go down and it will try to keep it at about 800 rpm but it wont and then it dies out. and trying to let out the clutch is out of the question.
