sorry to say that the only mod that you are gonna get any real power out of is a supercharger. the 2.8 isnt a very moddable engine. you should search the forums for more info on 2.8 upgrades.
I havent refused. The 2.7T has 30V heads, and lowered comperion.
The 2.7T compared to 2.8SC, the SC wins couse it has nicer flatter curve that 2.7T. and SC can pull a bit more nicer.
The stock 2.8 can hold about 10psi with high octane no problem, thats ads about 300-350HP.
on 30V its about the same, the end torque is a bit higher.
I'm desining SC kit for lowest cost I can do, so that audi could have its respect as it deserves.
Its the same block as a 2.7T, so I say there must be a way to make it a modest horsepower N/A motor
You will have to rely on old tuner methods then. (port polish etc). There just isn't a very big modding scene interested in the 2.8 engine. The supercharger is pretty much the only out of the box solution for it (except the crappy chips out there).
Yeah the 2.7t and 2.8 are pretty much the same except the S4 has a smaller bore.

The 2.7t is a bad ass motor, the others are just n/a v6's with very little potential for power without spending 3g's..... but they are reliable that is one thing they are known for

that much i knew i was thinking what if any does the 3.0 have in common with the 2.7t, block?, heads?, intake plenum?, exhaust headers?, what about sizes like the crank, rods, and pistons would they be swapable into the 3.0L
ps more like 5g's to get any power which is bs i think a civic can spend half that and get to 300 hp starting with less power, not just them but a lot of cars can upgrade to decent amount of power for 2,500 bux i think we need more options.
