Default Camshaft kit??

SUP Audi guys and gals,

just a curiousity, for all u power hungry gurus, have NE1 heard of putting a camshaft kit in an non-turbo audi versus a nos kit?? I dont know, I've seen on those bad ass car shows on t.v. where they competed against one another with Cadillacs. Both teams added camshaft and nos for added ponies. Don't know if it would benefit Audis, though. Help is greatly appreciated. So are the opinions of your expertise. Thanks.

differant cams will give you power whitch will be specific to what you want . if you want top end you will lose low end...if you want low end you will lose high end.. audi cams are in the center of the two. a limited few people use a small shot of nitrous. a cam might be more expensive to start off with but you will never have to fill a bottle over and over. also repeated uses of nitrous will wear outs parts faster.

what audi engine do you have ?

no I never recorded them.. its an awesome to see though.. my old boss had a 5000 CS.. and that thing was smoking.. he put his studded snow tires on, and did burnouts that threw sparks on dry pavement.. seriously!!
