Im a frequent EBAY SHOPPER, just bought a Kamei sport grill for my A4 and soon a chipped ECU. I have been curious about the RS4 body kits they sell on there. They are soo frickin cheap. Im aware that they are fiberglass but how bad can they be?
Does anyone have experience with these types of bodykits... the KNOCK OFFs?
I saw some on eBAY as well. Wouldn't a car body shop be able to customize the fitting to your car? I mean, you pay the guys to work on your car; they should be able to install the kit.
Most people I know, who have had body panels added, have gone with a reputable body shop they can trust. It usually takes some time to get the fit just right because there are always some fitment issues that need to be tweaked properly.

Audis don't get out of the way and they never follow.
to be honest, u get what u pay for. i got a fiberglass kit for my old car and there were MANY small things that had to get done. It will basically cost the same either way. you can get the kit cheap, but you will pay more for the install because of what they need to fix. if you pay more for the kit and get it ABS, youll save time and money in the install, and end up with a better kit overall.
i did mine to a honda, but i feel the audi needs more respect.
