I’m new

For many years VW & Audi used a two bolt mounting. One mounting hole on the starter is threaded the other is not. One bolt comes in from the back (starter motor side) and a nut is used to secure it, the second comes in from the front bolting directly into the starter housing. If you need a picture of this starter email me.
