Default coilovers vs shock set

should i get a h&r coilovers or should i buy an h&r springs with bilstein shocks, whats the difference between these, and why is one a grand more, thanks, heres the link to awe tuning where id be buying them from,coilover vs set

i think most people would prefer a coil over set up, they are adjustable. but they are also expensive. if for some reason you would want to change your ride height ( do you live where it snows alot?) save up for the coil overs. or do you just want a sportier suspension than stock and you are on a budget? go for the shock spring combo.
