Default new a4 quattro 2.8 owner...wanna get this baby goin

hey just got a 98' a4 quattro 2.8 about 94000 miles. has good power but not enough for me. Any suggestions on where to start would be greatly appreciated. Thinking about cold air intake and chip for starters. is it normal to have low end torque and kick in at about 2500 RPM? Any way to easily improve that? also wondering if there is any way to make the clutch shorter cause it catches at about the last 3/4. Any opinions? thanks alot

Hey captnmorgan, welcome to the forums. Chips for the 2.8 aren't very powerful. You can barely tell you have it. CAI's also are only for additional sound on Audi's. They don't offer any power gains usually.
