Default Kenwood excelon ddx-8017 Double din Install questions

Where can you get new trim to fill in the space when taking out the stock HU? I have a kenwood excelon double din that needs to be installed and would just like some pointers and to hear the difficulty rating on this, like how the wiring would work out with the stock speakers and all that. It is a 2003 audi A4.
