Can someone please help?

I have an audi a6 51reg diesel it is idling rough when engine is slightly warm and continues to idle rough as the engine gets warmer it originally lacked power and I replaced the air mass meter it then showed egr valve solonoid faut which has been done but it still idles rough no fault codes are diplayed in ecu.

It has had a full service oil fuel filter air filter no change.

Can you please please help!!!
