I also have an A3 1.8T, andI have dash creaking problems too (in addition to the door problems which I fixed using Krytox based lubricant).

My dash problems originate in the instrument binacle - an irritating intermittent buzz. Have you experienced the same on your car? It appears mostly when the car is cold and when taking off from traffic lights etc..</P>


I'm too scared to even ask Audi to look at it sinceI know that opening up to look around can often open the proverbial can of worms! Any ideas gathered from your experience?
