Hi everyone,

Brand new to this forum. I was able to read a few DTC's and was hoping to get some feedback. The codes include the following:

P0136 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0138 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

and

P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
P0455 Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (gross leak)

I performed a search on the audi forum, however did not return anything substantial. Can anyone shed some light?

Thanks in advance,

Ron

Hi everyone,

Forgot to add that the car is a 1999 Audi A6 Quattro 2.8L.

Thanks,

Rani

Hi everyone,

To give an update, the car is now in the shop. The check engine light started to blink and the car started to vibrate upon acceleration. I did my best looking into the car and could not find any problems. I will update the group once the dealer diagnosis the car.

Funny thing, another car with the same problems was in the bay at the dealer.

Hi everyone,

The problem has been found. It is a bad injector that has caused everything to happen.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

What could I have done to diagnose the problem myself?
