I have this cat back exhaust with only 550 miles on it, and its off a 2005 S4 V8. It dose have the 4 tips, not two.(only 05 and up) It is the stock unit, and there is nothing wrong with it. I mean nothing. it is almost to large to ship, so, I live in MD. If anyone out there wants it. Let me know Avery_38@hotmail.com , Im shure ill make ya one hell of a deal on it if ya come get it. Ted
