something wrong on my audi a6 2.7T

Hello, i have 2000 audi a6 2.7t
But when i driving hardly, ABS light is on in the dashboard, and Parking brake is flashing with beeping sound.
what happen to my car, plz tell me...
P,S = my car is manual.....(6 SPEED)
