Default need help on decision with blow off valve

I just robbed a dealerhip at invoice price for one of the last a6 2.7t manuals. I just uprgaded ecu with apr. I've also purchased a bipipe from them as well. Threw in a short shifter, and a snub mount. I just want some advice on which blow off valves to buy. Along with any other pertinent advice. I seek knowledge from those who truly know what they're talking about, and not what some salesguy fed them. No offense to anyone, but i have a few friends who are mechanics. one works at the mercedes dealership. He doesn't know squat about audis. I am on a solo journey and would love some good advice.

Default need help on decision with blow off valve

let me tell u right now. You will never be able to tune a blow off valve with the 2.7T engine, if tahts what u have. Ive spent a day and a half trying to tune one and the car will just die. you can try, but i think you would have better gains with a diverter valve. goto www.stratmosphere.com they have a good selection there for your engine. Now if you have a 1.8T engine (like me ) then a blow off valve work yes. I have a turbo xs type-h w/ 1.8T adapter. Hope i could help, but i am just advising so i would get a second opinion if i was you.

later, good luck
