Default 90Q 20v coolant light

hi all I'm new here and I have a problem with the coolant light being on all the time heven when the car is still cold. I've heared some cliking sound coming from the engine bay thinking it might be the rad fan relay. haven't changed it yet. anyone can help.

is the heating getting hot? if thats ok then suspect a faulty temp sensor

heating does get hot. thanks will look in to it.
