Problems with Fuel and temp gauge, Rev counter

hi!

I'm the owner of a Audi 80, 1.6 avant ( 1994)

I'm facing the following problem: Both temp and fuel gauge, show erratic behaviour, sometimes working, and sometimes not working ( most of the times).
The needle starts climbing then returns to rest point, like if nothing was happening.

The other day the rev counter, started with an odd behaviour: I started the engine, the needle showed 0 revs! Then i pressed the gas, and the needle looked alike if it was crazy! after the release of the pedal, it returned to normal rest point.

Today is working fine!

I think it is something related with elecrtonic in the dashboard...
Can you help me?

Best Regards,
JBrito

Sounds like an electrical problem! Pull the dash/gauge cluster and reconnect all the connectors maybe even add Stabilant 22A. My 1991 100Q has similar problems.

My temp guage and fuel gauge do not work, and my tachometer goes cuckoo every once in a while, but all other guages work[>:]My ride is an Audi 5000(200)turbo.
