That thing is awsome beermod. I have a 1997 Tacoma, with a solid front axle on 37's...here are a couple pics...

I must say, it doesn't really bode well for your driving skills if you can't even negotiate that road without mounting that tree! It bodes not for your off roading driving ability!

The Dana 44 is one of the only axles that work for the swap because it has the same bolt pattern as the rear stock Toyota axles and its the proper width...You can always go custom, and have a Dana 60 built with the same bolt pattern for this swap but thats several thousand more...

Well now I wonder..........Did you put waggy outers on the ford HP44 cuz ford is 5x5.5 and toy is 6x5.5 the only 44 I know of is the jeep waggy. That would give you the six lug you need but in order to make it all work you must have swaped the knuckles like I did to get the Hi-steer. Nice truck I like the ARB bumper now you need some lockers to match
