Default A4 Vibration

Hi
Posted up a prob i had with whining very helpful replies i got back which resulted in me taking car back to dealer.Have now got car back whining has gone,they cured it by swapping front wheels with back wheels but now i have noticed there is vibration when i get the car up to 70mph??Can anyone explain this?is this a tyre issue?low profile tyres are on car

unbalanced wheels most likely.more noticeable in back with 2wheel drive

and/also could have a nail causing hop when it hits rim
