I have three month old A6 4.2 and I am experiencing the following problems - any insights would be appreciated:
1. passenger side "airbag not activated" light comes on opccasionally when their is an adult passenger in passenger seat - problem has been looked at 4 times by audio but not fixed...
2. passenger side mirror doesn't tilt downwartd when in reverse - problem has been looked at twce by audi but not fixed...
3 steering wheel heating opttion does always work - audi says depends on speed I am driving (are they for real???)
4. yesterday the "start engine" button did not work for first time... - going to audi today
5. front passenger headlamp has had three electical shorts - fixed then breaks, fixed then breaks....
Car has been in shop 4 TIMES in three months - I have been very underwhlemed with both Audi NYC support and Audi customer care support - any suggestions would be appreciated.

#1-There could definatley be a problem, the pressure sensing device in the seat has been known to cause problems, also make sure the passenger has their seat belt on

#2-Make sure you have the mirror switch in the correct position (meaning the passenger side)

#3-Do you mean it is not heating fully, or that when you push the button you don't get an indication its on?

#4-This problem can be fixed with a software update

#5-Need more info on this one(what exactly did they say was fixed previously)
