Audi A3 1.6 HELP!
 

I am having problems with my Audi A3 1.6 S. The rev counter constantly bobs up and down when first started and also when stuck in traffic etc so much so that its comes close to cutting out. I am also having problems starting it. Any ideas???????

right i've got a 1.6 se and have the same problem at times. I got it seviced, had a engine clean and its not as bad. only after a long hard run. [sm=vader.gif]Check the pipe from your air filter. mine does it when i play load music also so it could be a battery thing. Let me know if you solve the problem.

I am going to have it looked at this weekend so hopefully they will be able to sort it out!
