I purchased a 2001 A6 4.2 about 2 months ago, incredible car, huge improvement over my Saturn...

I recently took it to the dealer for 40K service and they performed a "Recall Campaign JC12", does anyone know what that is exactly? It seems that since the service my AM radio reception is dead.

Any thoughts would be helpful

consists of a little plastic part and a piece of faberic that is used to tie wires down
