I bought my car in Cinci in a private sale, but initially brought the car to Beechmont to get serviced.
They are friendly and professional and the work they did was acceptable.
However, these guys will rob you blind - they definitely overstate the labor hours for any job. They wanted 1.5 hours to replace the lower door molding on my drivers door. I had asked about it because I already had the car in for an airbag replacement. But when they quoted me $150 to put on a $35 part, I decided I would not go back there any more.
By the way, I bought the molding and put it on myself in 15 minutes.
