Default 2000 S4 with Orange springs? Which shocks should I get?

I got my 2000 S4 a week ago, and notice that the ride is a bit lofty, even though it has lowering springs. I don't know exactly which springs I have, but they are Orange, and the car sits nicely over the tires. Based on searches, they are either MTM-Eibach, or Neuspeed springs. I will clean them this weekend, and find out for sure.

My questions is, what shocks should I get for these springs, and where do I get them. Firm is fine, but I prefer that they last me a long time, as I will put on 25K+ per year on my car, and plan on keeping it for a while.

Also, what are the thoughts on the H&R coilover setup. Longevity? I might consider this option as well.

I will likely track the S4 a little bit, but not much as I already have a dedicated track car, so ultimate performance is not a huge concern when I decide if I should get new shocks, or go with the coilovers.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks,
