I had a questions, I noticed while browsing in endless Audi A3 8p related forums, that the A3 8P USA models have side markers in the bumper like on this picture:


But all Euro models i have seen don't have this?? Is this a older model or what is the deal on this side markers??

If u visit either of the audi websites you can also see it in the model galleries.
USA (pics clearly show side markers):

Any clues? I'm quite disappointed since I really fancy those cool looking side markers, BUT i live in Austria and im ordering my car tomorrow...
Will def. ask the dealer about it too but just felt like i needed to know before and maybe some one on here has the answer i seek.
