Better yet..today I went to a spin class (biking) with my Dad at the gym...and there were like 5 old guys sittin around watchin TV butt ass naked in the locker room. I tell ya..I was on the verge of stabbing my eyes out with my jacket zippers.

My rez is to loose some weight and get in shape. I wanna be able to go on a 175mile day ride with my dad in june. Anyone else here cycle? My passion is mountain biking but I just started road biking and its a blast!
