Default A3 and A4 chipped spex

I have been off the forum for a while but I did have a quick question about chipping the A4 and A3. I currently have an old 2001 2.8 A4 and I'm thinking about going with something newer. It is between the new A4 and A3. Is there a difference in their chipped speed? Can the 2.0T on either be coupled with a Quatro? (From what I understand wheelspin is a killer with a chipped car.) Are there any advantages performance wise for a chipped A3 over a chipped A4?
Thanks,
Danny

Default RE: A3 and A4 chipped spex

Only the A4 is available with the Quattro in the 2.0T. The non-Q 2.0T will be faster than the Quattro version due to less of a loss in torque due to transfer, even with the wheel spin. The wheel spin isn't that bad, it just sucks that the ESP applies the brakes so quickly to stop any spin. The A3 is cheaper, has a better sunroof, and is much more stylish in my opinion. I drove both and preferred the A3, even without the price determiner. Just get whichever you like better. Definitely chip the car is you get the 2.0T though. Definitely worth it!!!
