My buddy is closing his car sale lot and will let me get his 01 A6 2.7TQ with 61k for 12,500 and im sure its a good deal but im not really looking to buy a car at the moment but I cant pass up a hell of a deal. So is that just a decent price or a whopper of a deal?
If it's clean, it's a very good deal. Also depends on how it's configured. Sport package will add more, as will 6 speed (less common), and the preferred luxury package.

I dont know if its a sport package but I saw pics and it looks very clean, has a clean title, carfax is good and it is a 6 speed. Only reason I can get it so cheap is my buddy paid 12,500 at dealer auction and is taking his entire flleet to auction tuesday and selling all the cars for whatever they go for that day so hes gonna take a loss on most if not all his cars. I would love another audi. I got some thinking to do.

I got my buddy to hold off on running it through auction because I couldnt decide but I think i'm going to pass on it. He is willing to sell it to anyone on the forums here for 12,900. The vin is VWAUED64B41N073754 and is listed at cars.com-just search for 01 a6 within 30 miles of zip cope 46038 and its about half way down listed under KCA auto sales. If your interested call Scott at kca auto sales at 317 570 7490 and mention the forums and he will give it to ya for 12,900. He is prolly going to run it through auction next tuesday so after that please dont call. btw its in fishers indiana if anyone wants to go look at it its just off of I-69.

perfect exterior, perfect interior and verified mechanically sound by Audi w/ a good service record. w/ 73k miles.
I probably could have beat them down a little, but, the car was so clean and it met up close enough to wholesale book that I was ok. This thing is hella clean. I know there was prolly a better deal out there, but... I did my research and honestly I felt like i Wasn't gettin taken to do cleaners....
