Default Paint Buff

Ok I smacked a storage building and now i want this paint off what should i use? (rubbing compound)

I just had excellent results with a similar problem using Menzerna Intensive Polish (a bit lighter than a full on rubbing compound), a random orbit polisher and a little patience. I had to go over the foreign paint several times, but I did get it all off. Rubbing compound will get it off quicker, but you stand a greater chance of damaging the underlying good paint.

Followed up with Menzerna Finish Polish, glaze, and wax.

This is after Mothers Cali. Gold scratch remover. I still have more to do but only had 15min. to mess with it.
