Sorry, but this might be a dumb question.
What are the two black bottoms on the steering wheel do.
is that a volume control, or an e-shift like the ones in is300????

They are shifter buttons. They are activated when you put the tiptronic transmission into sport mode by pushing it to the right.

so both button has exactly the same function???

Not sure. I drive a stick.
