Default leather repair

i've seen it on a bmw forum somewhere long ago, but this guy had his leather seats repaird. the tech use dsome sort of spray on that filled in the cracks & then used sandpaper & some polish to bring out the color... does anyone know what i'm talking about? the leather on my driver's seat is terrible.
