I just bought an 1999 A6 wagon 4 days ago and I love it!. I was wondering if the flared out fender above the wheels on the new models can be added to my car. And while we're at it, what about putting some brighter headlights/bulbs in the car? Thanks for reading the post!!!

I highly doubt they will fit onto you car (fenders). As for bulbs, you may want to try Silverstars, or retro fit a xenon system into your car.

I'm not looking for the cheesy blue light though. Is that what the Siverstars put out. Of course I like the HID look, but what's the cost to retrofit for that system? And how hard is it to do?

no the silverstars aren't blue at all, they are just bright white. I had them for awhile before I upgraded to a xenon system.

Hey, I forgot to say thanks. I'm ordering the Silverstars tonight. I hope they're actually brighter than the stock low-beams-they're pretty dim. I'll let you know how they look.
