I took my car in and they said they checked everything and fixed all the dummy lights that were going on
so i go to pick my car up
and guess what!
The light was still on
they hadnt checked my brakes
and my car was making a VERY VERY wierd noise when i would brake
so i take my car back a few hours later
they hadnt checked my brakes like they said
i'm not even sure they changed the oil
and they didnt apologize
and then they said o yea you need new brakepads that will be like 350 buxx
NEVER eever going there again.

Yep, they overcharge and their service is pretty bad, but the new dealership is stunningly beautiful.

agree the service their is horrible, I happen to have a data logger that records peak values on everything in the car.. I reset this before an oil change their, and they were nice enough to take the car up to 60mph and redline the engine somehow while just changing the Oil..

If you need to go to a shop check out Futrell in Bellevue, they have awesome customer service!!

I've had nothing but great luck with everybody at Barrier so far... The sales staff was excellent to work with, I bought a Certified 2003 A6 and they are more then willing to fix the few minor issues I have with the car. I love the free car washed for life, I think thats pretty awesome.
