The engine is 1999 2.8 L 30V AHA DOHC ......
I need to replace a broken piston ring.
Please answer if you know:
1. What is the piston pressure of this engine in PSI?
2. What parts do I have to replace in the process ( in general).
3. How many hours would be charged aginst this job?
4. I am not doing the job myself, but curious: any web links or manual links?

For it to be done right they will have to hone the cylender unless the moter is relitivly new, Thats so the ring will seat properly. Then you have to deal with all the metel shavings thats gonna produce. I hope your starting to get the picture. this is probably gona cost alot.

Just curious, how do you know its broken?
