I'm not sure of the exact color. I'll take a look tonight and see if I can find it. I have never seen another Audi with the same color which is kinda cool. Must have been a 1 year color or something? I'll check it out tonight.

I will post my pics as soon as I get her back form the autobody shop. Some lady piled into the back of me doing 20mph at a dead stop. Car did ok..I will get the estimate tomorrow, hopefully. We all know there is a positive in every negative, so I will be requesting from my autobody guy a lower parktronic piece that is from a 2003. He will hook me up. That way I can poke the dual exhaust out the back. Will post pics soon. I'm without her for 2 weeks. I got some shitty Ford Taurus in the meantime. No offense to Ford owners, but its quite the differnece..hehe

I disagree, I like the strips. Should have put them on the top as well.

what does the interior look like? ive never hear of that color. do u have some shots of it out in the sun?

i actually had them on the top but i guess the heat of the engine would not let them stay on. the bottom looks good i think.

Last but not least...my car on the cover of the Bentley Manual (it's on the back cover as well, but I have to scan that). You can see the clearcorners, the RS6 brushed mirrors (compare the mirror to the Avant mirror below), and a hint of the RS6 exhaust tip. They forgot to photoshop the smoked tails as well, but they photoshopped out the spoiler...

cary12, that 4.2 looks awesome. What kind of wheels are they? Also, are those smoked taillights?

Thanks! The wheels are AZA's and yes, the tail lights are smoked. I did them myself and they really turned out great. The pictures don't do them justice. I have seen some DIY's that look terrible, so I got lucky.

Any advice on lowering the car guys and gals?? I'm 50/50 on it right now. Not sure if it would look good or look too overboard.

Will post updated Pics as I get them mounted and installed. Liked my A4, LOVE this car. KC is not a big Audi market, so It gets a fair amount of attention. I hear the motor gets better as it gets some miles on it.

2003 3.0L Quattro, 47,500 miles.Got this baby a month ago with 2 weeks left under warranty. Got the battery, rear brake pads andCV boots replaced for free. I love everything about the car, but the gas mileage could be better.

They're 18's, running 245/40/18 ContiExtreme Contacts. Nice improvement in handling compared to the OEM 17's (which are for sale if anyone's interested). However, I did notice about a 4 mpg decrease on the highway! Was getting about 26-27mpg, now about 23-24.
