Default Aftermarket HID/XENON question

I just got my 06 A3 and I love it.. I have a couple questions about HIDs. I was reading on the forum about people who put in HID conversion kits and some errors coming up but im not sure what year theirs were. Did anyone put in a conversion kit into their 06+ A# yet? If you did are there any problems.

Default RE: Aftermarket HID/XENON question

ECS tunign will announce the release of a full bolt on kit soon. It will use the OEM Audi Euro Projectors + a HID Kit. There are others who have done just bulb upgrades and some had good luck with them while others faced flickering since the can-bus system was throwing burnt bulb messages.

This will be my next mod as soon as ECS releases it. My plan was to do strict performance mods first but the thought of HIDs with projectors is just too tough to pass up. Here's a pic of the projectors from ECS.
