My wife's little clicker for her 97 A4 has bit the dust. I've been looking on eBay for another one but haven't found one that looks like the one she has. My question is does it really matter which one you get. Can I just buy one and have it programed to work for her car. Thanks for any answers.

I would call the dealership and check...I wanted to do the same thing as you for my 90CS, but I found out my remote uses a different radio frequency.
