Default S4 engine swap?

Alright, my friend might buy his dad's old Audi 90CS sedan for a couple grand. He's wondering what all would be involved and how much $$ it would take to do an S4 or RS4 swap into that car - tranny included.

Anyone? Just a rough idea? Would it be a fairly simple swap or would it be a relatively complicated one? That would determine some of the costs - it it's a fairly simple swap we can do it our selves, if it's not, he'd have to hire a shop and what not. Also, would it need custom mountings or would stock be fine? What?

Not sure. All I know is he wants to know if it'd be pretty hard and spendy or not as he doesn't have a ton of $$. The I5, is that a pretty hard one or what?

the I5 is easier that the V6. How ever what power do you desire? like estimate HP. And not 999999999999999HP. just like 100 200 300 400 500 600 or 700.
