UPDATE: Confirmed faulty ignition switch, as well as faulty starter; removed/rebuilt starter with no troubles, tests out fine. Following the directions in my haynes manual, (i know, i know) i removed the steering wheel, turn signal multiswitch, as well as the lock cylinder. I have come to the following problem: there is a lock washer holding a spring which keeps the ignition switch housing locked into its location. As this lock washer is fully circular, and apparently uses the springs' outward pressure to stay in place, i have no idea on how to remove the lock washer/spring combination. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. -EngineBuilder
