My fiance loves the 2001 S4 saloon; I am going to be getting married in about 6 months. I wanted to buy one and mod it out with a body kit, wheels, and some tuning; my question: Is there a 2001 RS4 saloon or all they all wagon style ones? I asked an audi dealership and they told me that it is a euro version and only the wagons are here in the US; then I read some where that all RS4s in the 96-2001 are wagons; can someone help me get the facts straight? all the old RS4's are avants (wagons) ive seen one in the us but im sure its expensive, you can get an S4 and upgrade the turbos and intercoolers and what not so it will perftom liek an rs4
