i have a 93' 90cs and everyone once in a while it just wont start, for instance last night i was at my friends house, i drove the car there with no problems, but 10 mins later when we all got in the car to leave it wouldnt start, all the dashboard lights kick on as well as the wipers and headlights but no ignition, i thought it might be a battery problem so i got a jump from a friend, we hooked up the jumpers but still no ignition,. about an hour later i gave it another try and the car started up fine with no problems.....any idea what this could be????

If the thing is cranking over and not firing let it do this for 30 seconda , then dump the codes and report back. Sounds like it is not getting the signal to fire. I would suspect possibly the Crank position sensor or the hall effect sensor on the back of the drivers side cam . The codes will give you the answer.

PS if the hall effect goes the car will still run once started , it will just go to a default mode.
