what up guys

I need help im lose here .
I have a Audi a4 1.8t Quatro 1998 and i just put in a T3/T4 t04e turbo in with a external wastegate ,mbc and stock dv everything else is still stock also ecu ,injector etc... I know its dangerous to do so . But i am getting only 3 to 5 psi of boost when I floor it .I have a 1 bar spring in the wastegate. and its been like that for about 3 weeks now .

I checked all of the vacuum lines and there all good ,I checked all the boost pipes clamps are good and my vacuum is at 18 .this kit is brand new also i cant here my turbo spooling

Please someone help me
PS can someone send me a pic of how to hookup my mbc . Do i still connect my n75 or do I just add the mbc .Also what is there two vacuum lines on the wastegate for.
