Hello folks,
I am a brand new owner of an '01 A6 2.7t. It was previously a 'fleet car', and unfortunately the Owner's Manual did not come with the ride. So, while I am in the midst of purchasing a manual, I need help to triage a 'new' problem for me. I was driving for about an hour straight today, and suddenly the dash light that displays your average MPG (e.g., 20.1 mpg) turned to a flashing 2:00h. I have NO clude what this means, nor do I know how to get rid of it and/or reset(?).
(Now, one other thing I noticed was the display light right above, that shows what track is playing on your CD or what radio station is tuned, slowly (say, over the course of 30 minutes) began to 'fade out'. Let's see if I can explain a little better: First fifteen minutes, display reads: CD TK01; Next twenty minutes, the 'C' begins to dim, yet the 'D TK01' is bright and clear; Next fifteen minutes, 'CD' is entirely dim, yet TK01 is bright and clear.)
Help!!!!
Thanks,
ZW
