Default Diablo Motors of Concord,CA

Most of the time service has been steller. I reported being down 1 quart of oil 2 months after my 60k mile service. I was told this is normal for a "high RPM car". I politely told the service manager that I do not red or even orange line the 2000 A6 2.7T. Even if he said it is a high compression car, a quartt of oil every 2-3,000 miles is a bad engine. While getting a courtesy ride I learned the same thing was said to a woman with a 2002 Avanti. If so then Audi makes a bad engine.

I reported that a loaner was leaking a non-oil fluid. Another service manager tried to convince me the car that the car was washed that morning and it was the water drippings. The next day I took a picture of the parking spot I had used with my Palm and showed it to another service manager. This was not wash water. Hey it's not my car but I was trying to warn them of a problem with THEIR CAR.

I don't like being lied to. As I said at the start, most of the time the serice was fine. I am selling my Audi because quality isn't build into the car. That's the manufacturors fault.

I went to diablo audi to begin with but i was dressed in my work uniform ( pool guy tshirt and shorts... say no more.) The sales rep was rude and assumed i didnt have any money couldnt be bothered with my questions and time. So i went to livermore audi, and the treatment and service there is excellent, i was treated well on every occasion i was there, they did the 40k service not so long back everything was great, if you change dealerships for servicing talk to adam, hes the internet sales guy and is in the shop nearly everyday, he was a great help. As a plus the car i bought was in better condition, a year newer, and a 1000 dollars less than the same model and package as the one i was looking at in the diablo ( concord) dealership. Rob.

Yeah the internet guy at Livermore Audi and the ones at Royal Motor Sales in SF and at Diablo Audi were all great to me. But in terms of great deals, the Diablo beat them all out.

All I like about Diablo stealership is the parts department. Those guys are cool, but the service reps...lame.
