Remote Control Key

When i use the remote to unlock the car, The doors, fuel flap and the boot all open, i close the boot and fuel flap when i get in the car and close the drivers door it opens the boot and fuel flap....... i can do this two or three times [:@][:@][:@][:@]...... Has anyone come across this and is there a cure for it ???????[&:][&:][&:]
