i just installed a test pipe on my 98 a4q 1.8 and the cel poped on no big surprise there but now i have looking around for a o2 simulator does anyone know where i can buy one or know how to make one myself

hi i have the same problem.if you find a 02 simulator.please let me know where to get one.i have a4 2001 1.8L.i had hole in old (original) exhaust then cell came on.yellow engine management light on dash.so.had new stainless full system made.from cat back..bloody light came back on after two days.The diagnostic code said"Lamder sensor?pressure too low".i guess this is from having non standard exhaust.please...if you know how i can sort this prob out please email me at nick.koisser@tiscali.co.uk.cheers

Have you looked at the Test Pipe CEL Eliminator thing in the DIY forums? That is what I was going to try once pick up my car.
