i am so mad that insurance is so expensive on the s4. i am 16 and there was an s4 for sale locally and it was going to be my first car utill my parents called the insurance company. why is it so expensive its a four door sadan. is it just because of the turbos?

my insurance is only 65 a month with gieco...but im 18...and ive had a drag racing ticket...50 in a 20...85 in a 50...and no operators licenses...but i had a damn good lawyer also

with our insurance company though it would just be added to our policy and cost the same even if i wasnt on the policy.

yeah but it's still a sports car, insurance companies know what an S4 is and know how expensive it is to maintain

Dude, what ever car you get @ 16, insurance is expensive!
Then you want a premium car, that has a V6 (Higher insurance) & 2 Turbo's (more insurance)
lastly a "S" badge (more insurance)

Stay away from any "Sports Car" till your 25yo.

I got my BMW M3 when I was 20yo & my insurance was $75 a month more then my car payment!

Get & Honda.

yeah im paying 400.60 a month im 20 with a 01 s4 and 1 accident and one ticket...it sucks........and thats the cheapest i could find through 8 companies....good luck....

oh p.s must be nice to be a spoiled kid and have mommy and daddy buying you a car ....

the car is onlyten grand the mechanic said everything was repaired properly. i wish my parents would by me a car!
