Hi, I have the Symphony 2 in my 04 A6 Avant with the extra 6 cd changer in the rear as well as in the dash board. According to the manual I have a choice of shuffle (random play)within a cd or more importantly across the 6 cd changer but mine does not work. The dealer says they are all like this and certainly the loan car I recently had (new A4 Avant) was the same.

This seems odd as my last few cars '04 RX 300, '03 X5 and an'01 XC70 all had the facility to random play tracks across6 cd's. Any ideas?
