Default Exterior black rubber trim

How are you guys maintaining your exterior black rubber trim? You know, the one around the windows and doors? After a while they tend to fade and crack from the sun.

vinylex, same stuff i use on the dash and door panels, immediately restores the weather stripping.

lexol.com or any auto parts store, i like lexol products because from experience they actaully work, and their not harsh.
