Hello all.  New to this site.  Can someone please shed some light on Audi's a6, 2.7 problems.  I purchased this car in 9-2003 with 36K on it and I have began to see wear and tear that I thought I would see but also notice it is not running well.  It is running hard, at 40-50 mph the engine seems to be jumping and it does not run as smooth and efficient as it did when I purchased it.  ANY adivce to this newbie?  I hope I explained the car issue well enough.  Please advise.  IS it the transmission?  Are there links to review 2000 a6 2.7's?  I have already needed to change the battery, replace the front pads, and replace the oil tensioner gaskets spending $600 so far in repairs to the dealer.
